As you experienced, I really do believe in looking beyond the hair and scalp alone. There can be so many different pieces of the puzzle when it comes to hair loss, from our health and medical history to nutrition, stress, lifestyle and significant life events, and taking the time to understand the whole person is such an important part of how I practise trichology.
